HAIR SMELL

We wash the hair with warm water and shampoo, and we will put the hair oil to hairs before shipment, protecting the hairs from being dry during long term delivery, but smell will fade away after washing via good shampoo and conditioner.

LENGTH

We will check the hair type and the length before the shipment. When you receive the hairs, you can measure it by stretching, so you can get the correct length.

COLORING

Most hair can be dyed/bleached to different color depending the hair grade, but remember virgin hair will be easily dry after leaving hair donor, so please do not dye or bleach hair too frequently, it will do harm on hairs. Also please do it professionally.

GRAY HAIR

Virgin non-dyed hair have a few strands gray hairs inside, we usually pick the gray hair out on production, but we do not guarantee 100% no gray hairs, please understand, and pick the few strands out by yourself. Thank you very much!

SHEDDING

There will be a few strands in hands when comb hairs with fingers, but it is normal, just like our own hairs. We highly suggest you sew the weft before installing, it will avoid the shedding in future, and please comb the hair with wide tooth comb.

WAVY HAIR TEXTURE

Wavy/curly hair was made by steam without any chemicals, so the texture will be looser after washing, please kindly understand we do it for maintain the hair lifetime and natural state.

RESTYLE

You can do your own style after buying hair, by flexi rods, flexi iron or hair straightener, but different hair donors have different kinds of hairs, and you need to style them with proper and corresponding degree.

TANGLE

The hair will be tangled due to dry, oil& dirt build-up, salt water chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair twice a week. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

SPLIT/DRY ENDS

Only virgin hair will have split ends, our hair will be a little dry after leaving hair donor, because it lost human nutrition, you can put some olive/argan oil to keep them good.
